Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and labels attached. We do not accept returns on customised or personalised products.

We gladly accept returns by mail. Please follow the instructions below:

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorisation. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Instructions for Returns by Mail

  1. To return an item, please enclose the return authorisation and packing slip in with your purchase and clearly mark the reason for your return. Can’t find your packing slip? Include a note with your full name, order number, email address, and selection(s).
  2. Securely package your item(s) using original packaging if possible.
  3. Select a carrier (Royal Mail, Evri, etc.) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees.
  4. Ship to the address provided in the return authorisation.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your return is the result of an error on our part, please email us with images of the defect. If incorrect items or sizes were shipped, or if merchandise has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately, and we will offer a solution.

Processing Times

Returns submitted by mail will be processed within two weeks of delivery to the warehouse. Refunds are issued in the form of payment originally used when your order was placed. Once issued, the refund will typically appear on your billing statement within 7-10 business days.
